**Company Overview:**
Kody, a rapidly growing fintech company specialising in online payments and financial services for brick and mortar businesses, is seeking an IT Systems and Office Manager to join our innovative team. This role will also involve managing staff gifting initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

**Position Overview:**
We are looking for a proactive IT Systems and Office Manager to oversee and optimise Kody’s IT infrastructure while managing the logistics of company hardware and office equipment. This role is vital for ensuring our systems are efficient, secure and scalable. You will configure and manage various software platforms, including Google Workspace and 1Password, as well as oversee user account management. Additionally, you will coordinate the acquisition, distribution and maintenance of office equipment, along with managing staff gifting programs to support seamless daily operations in our fast-paced startup environment.

**Responsibilities:**
***IT Systems Management:***
* System Configuration & Optimisation: Manage and configure essential IT systems, including Google Workspace, 1Password and Slack. Continuously evaluate and implement new systems to enhance operational efficiency
* User Account Management: Oversee the creation, modification and deletion of user accounts, ensuring compliance with security protocols
* Software Implementation: Lead the introduction of new software solutions to streamline workflows and support Kody’s growth
* Tech Support: Provide basic technical support to employees, troubleshoot IT related issues and coordinate with external tech support when necessary
* Security Oversight: Ensure adherence to security best practices, including strong password policies and proper access controls

***Office Management:***
* Equipment Oversight: Manage the storage, cataloguing and distribution of office equipment (laptops, phones, peripherals), ensuring accurate logging and accountability
* Logistics Coordination: Coordinate the shipping and receiving of equipment and gifts for new hires, departing employees and existing staff across various locations
* Inventory Control: Maintain up to date inventory records to ensure all company assets are tracked and accounted for
* Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors and shipping providers for timely and cost-effective delivery of equipment and gifts
* Employee Support: Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes, addressing any equipment related issues for employees
* Staff Gifting Programs: Develop and manage staff gifting initiatives to promote employee engagement and recognition
* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance processes related to IT systems management, office logistics and gifting programs to improve operational efficiency

**Requirements**
* 1-2 years of experience in IT support, systems management, logistics, or operations roles, preferably in a startup environment
* Proficiency in managing IT systems like Google Workspace, 1Password and Slack
* Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail in managing IT systems, office logistics and gifting initiatives
* Excellent communication skills for effective engagement with internal teams, vendors and service providers
* Experience with account creation, management and basic troubleshooting for common IT platforms
* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
* Willingness to learn and grow in both IT systems and logistics domains
* Comfortable with frequent journeys to the post office or accepting/arranging collections from home
* Space for collection, storage and tracking of equipment is required

The ideal candidate will be someone with substantial IT management experience, who likes to use their hands and engage with staff engagement, HR and operational activities as well as IT management.
