We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers through our leads system to drive revenue growth. \*\*Duties:\*\*

– Utilize marketing skills to engage with potential customers and promote our Financial solutions.

– Conduct sales calls to educate customers on the capabilities and benefits of our Insurance and Retirement service.

– Work with customers to understand their needs and tailor our solutions to meet those needs.

– Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and releases.

– Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals.

– Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

– Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

– Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.

– Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and expand our reach.

\*\*Experience:\*\*

– Proven experience in inside sales or Financial sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

– Strong understanding of Insurance and Financial sales principles.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.

– Experience with customer service and negotiation.

– Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with English-speaking customers.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

– Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $73,212.00 – $98,349.00 per year
