**Details:
Onsite near Lockport, IL
Pay Range: $45+/hour (depending on experience)**
* Full 2024-2025 School Year
* Part Time position
* Could potentially become a full time position
* Dates: ASAP – 5/29/25
* K-12th grade age groups
* Itinerant position (mileage can be reimbursed between school sites)
* Very supportive district
* More details to be discussed during zoom interview process
**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students to assess their physical abilities and limitations.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and collaborate with the school team to integrate therapy into the student’s educational program.
* Provide therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
* Monitor and document progress, modify treatment plans as necessary, and communicate regularly with the school team and parents/guardians.
* Provide consultation and training to teachers and other school staff to support the integration of therapy goals into the classroom and daily routines.
* Participate in IEP meetings and assist in the development of appropriate goals and objectives.
* Maintain accurate and complete records, including progress notes, reports, and billing documentation.
**Requirements:**
* **Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.**
* **Valid IllinoisPhysical Therapy license and certification from the National Board for Certification**
* **Must be able to pass a background check**
