**Job Description:**
As an Office Assistant / Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will manage a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, facilitate communication, and support our team in meeting business objectives. Your multitasking and prioritization abilities will be crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and reports as needed.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
* Conduct research and compile information for projects, presentations, and reports.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
* Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and conferences, both virtual and in-person.
* Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
* Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and managing office equipment.
* Stay updated on relevant tools, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $38.00 per hour
