At APLUS America, our in-house team of educators, subject matter experts and developers continuously work to ensure our online program follows the curriculum and delivers outstanding educational results for our families. When a little extra help is needed, our team of online tutors are available to work one on one with students to be certain they are growing in confidence.

**What to expect in this role.**

Our close partnership with our families is the key to our success in delivering exceptional educational outcomes for students – this is where you come in!

As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will work with families to ensure they are getting the best possible results from the APLUS America program. You will maintain regular contact, checking in on progress and adjusting programs where necessary. You will provide feedback, rewards, and lots of encouragement. In your conversations with parents, you will listen out for ways to support them, updating account information, and most importantly ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.

Extensive training and development provided.

Staff retention at APLUS America is high because we always aim to set you up for success. In your first few weeks you will complete a comprehensive training program, led by our inhouse training team. Once you are up and running, we continue to support you with frequent coaching and mentoring from our dedicated coaches and Team Leaders.

**About you.**

This role is suited to a person with a passion for education and helping others. You will have:

* exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
* the confidence and maturity to speak with parents about their child’s progress;
* strong organization/administration skills and attention to detail;
* experience in a fast-paced environment working with multiple IT platforms;
* ability to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.

As part of your role involves giving guidance to students, you will need to be available to work afternoon and evening shifts.
