We are currently seeking an outstanding Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. This position will mainly focus on communicating and demonstrating the value proposition of RPR’s platform to Mortgage Field Services, REO’s, Property Preservation and related companies.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

– Initiating, nurturing, expanding and serving prospective clients, new clients, and existing clients.

– Contacting and educating prospects on RPR’s Processing platform.

– Extensive networking and some cold calling; email marketing and developing strategic business relationships is key.

– Coordinating and conducting presentations and demos.

– Coordination and attendance of conferences, expos and trade shows where RPR showcases its platform if and when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**

-Need to be experienced in Property Preservation and/or knowledge of REO and Mortgage Field Services is a must.

-Excellent verbal & written communication skills

-Self-motivated & able to make decision & exercise prudent judgement with minimal guidance.

-Must be honest & reliable with ability to handle confidential issues with discretion.

-Highly motivated with good time management skills and ability to work independently.

-Will own all account management and new business acquisition directed at Mortgage Field Services, Property Preservation Companies and related companies across the US.
