* **Proven Experience in Inbound Sales:** Proven success in generating and qualifying leads, identifying potential clients, and setting appointments that align with their needs and our offerings.
* **Exceptional Time Management:** Ability to manage your time efficiently, prioritizing follow-ups and ensuring all appointments are scheduled promptly and accurately.
* **Confident and Relatable:** A confident yet approachable demeanor that helps build rapport quickly and encourages potential clients to take the next step.

* **Engage with Prospective Clients:** Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and SMS to introduce Hormones Heal and schedule appointments for them to speak with our Sales Advisors.
* **Qualify Leads:** Evaluate and qualify incoming leads to ensure they are a good fit for our programs before setting up appointments, ensuring that only high-quality leads are passed on to the sales team.
* **Schedule Appointments:** Coordinate and schedule appointments between potential clients and our Sales Advisors, ensuring a seamless handoff and preparing clients for their consultations.
* **Maintain Accurate Records:** Keep detailed records of all interactions, appointments, and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency..
* **Follow Up with Leads:** Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads who may not have immediately committed to an appointment, keeping them engaged and interested in our services.
* **Collaborate with the Sales Team:** Work closely with the Sales Advisors to ensure that they are fully informed about the leads you’ve scheduled, providing any relevant background information that will help close the sale
* **Stay Informed:** Keep up-to-date with the latest information about our programs and services, so you can effectively communicate the value and benefits to potential clients.
* **Support Team Goals:** Contribute to team targets by consistently meeting or exceeding your appointment-setting goals, helping to drive overall growth for the company.
